Make Moraine

Moraine is an ideal topping for almost any type of dessert. With its whippy, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth taste, moraine adds flavor and excitement to pies, cobblers, fruits and cakes. For those on a busy schedule, it is good to know that moraine takes just under eight minutes to make.

Instructions

1. Crack the two eggs in half, and let the egg whites run out, keeping the yolk separate, or use and egg divide to perform this step.

2. Beat the egg white with a wisp, or place in a mixer on medium speed, until egg white is fluffy.

3. Gradually add sugar to the mix, and then add the cream of tartar.

4. Spread over your desserts and serve.

Tips Warnings

Good on top of peach cobbler and chocolate pies. If used on these, bake the moraine for 5 minutes on 350 degrees.
