There are a number of ways to purchase notary stamps. First decide which stamp is right for you and then select the method of purchase. How soon you receive your stamp will depend on the method you select.
Instructions
1. Select an online website for notary supplies, such as notarypublicstamps.com. Using the map of the United States, click on your state, or use the drop-down box to select your state.
2. Scroll down the page until you see the notary stamp you would like to purchase. There are seven or eight selections to choose form.
3. Click on the add to cart button. You will be redirected to another screen which requires you to fill out your name, county and expiration date. The information you enter must reflect what is on your notary commission or appointment certificate. Choose the ink color you prefer from the drop-down box.
4. Click on the add to cart button once again. You can now pay for your products by credit card. Insert all of your personal information such as name and address. You will also need to key in your credit card information.
5. You can fax your request to (800) 721-2664. Your fax should contain a copy of your notary commission or your appointment certificate.
6. You can also place an order over the phone by dialing (800) 721-2663. Another option is downloading one of the order forms using email. When you have filled out the form send it along with your check payable to:

Tips Warnings
You can also purchase notary stamps from an office supply store such as Staples. They will have to be ordered. It's a good idea to take your notary commission with you.
