Having a fan in your bathroom is quite useful. Not only are they used to export odor, but also used to remove humidity from showers that could cause damage to the walls and ceiling of your bathroom. Since most people already have an existing light, this article will cover install a fan / light and heater combo fixture into the existing hole. If you don't have a vent fan, you should get one and this article will tell you all that you need to know about install it.
Instructions
1. Turn off power to fixture at circuit breaker.
2. Remove old fixture from the ceiling using either the screwdriver or wrench
3. Remove wire nuts from old fixture and house wiring by twisting counterclockwise with your fingers.
4. Wire the new fixture, connecting matching wire colors. Black to black, white to white and green to green.
5. Screw the wire nuts onto the new connection by twisting them clockwise with your fingers.
6. Mount new fixture to gang box (the box containing the wire connection that the fixture attaches to).
7. Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker and test.
